Single Girder Cranes
Ranges from 250 Kg to 30 Tons, in either Box / Beam profiles, fitted with hand operated trolleys or electric trolley to suit specific customer requirements. A choice of VFD contractor control is offered as optional variants. Control is generally through Pendant & REMOTE CONTROL through Radio Remote can be offered.
Single Girder Cranes up to 30 meters span can be manufactured. Hoists can be either Wire rope hoists or Electric Chain hoists depending on specific application & safe working loads. Long travel mechanisms are equipped with Helical Geared Motor & VFD as standard features.
Double Girder Cranes
Designed for both Indoor & Outdoor supplications, these cranes are fitted with Hankook Make hoists & in capacity ranges from 2 MT to 200 MT. Designed for very large Spans and higher Height of Lifts, combination of Main Hoist and Auxiliary Hoists either in a common crab or separate units can be fitted on the Box Girder. These cranes are fitted with Hankook Make Low Head Room Hoists, as standard.
Precise speed control for all motions can be achieved, so as fitment of ANTISWAY Device and control options are through Pendant, Cabin, and Remote. Audio Visual Alarm, and LED Display can be fitted as per clients? requirement.
Gantry Crane
Often referred to as Gantry Cranes or Portal Cranes can be offered in both SG / DG versions. With Beam Box / or Lattice type Girders. Mostly built for outdoor applications like Granite Handling, Concrete Pre-cast yards, Ship Building, steel stock yards, Marble Quarries etc. This highly versatile Hankook Gantry Crane can be provided with over hang on both / one side of Box girder especially for the Stone Industry & Building Construction verticals.
